Yummy! I can't wait to try the granola. And I think dipping any fruit in sugar is something my 3-year old will certainly go for! We've also done the same thing using yogurt and granola (instead of brown sugar). It is delicious with any fruit.

My mom for years has made a 'special' fruit salad that is a variation of this. She mixes Greek yogurt with brown sugar and a bit of cinnamon, then pours it over a mix of green grapes, pineapple chunks, and mandarin orange slices. We'll often eat this in the winter, as you can use canned oranges and pineapple.

I use almost that exact same hummus recipe ALL THE TIME. I sometimes mix in roasted garlic or roasted red peppers and my friends LOVE IT.

Thanks for the great hummus recipe! I will definitely try that out.

I had to laugh when I saw the strawberry recipe...that is very close to what I use to make Strawberries Romanoff (the dessert you always see at La Madeline). It's basically your recipe with an adult kick!

Strawberries Romanoff
1 cup strawberries, hulled and rinsed
1/2 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon brandy
Mix and chill, serve over strawberries
