Cindy - I bought mine at Target.  I think the (now very faded) printing on it says &quot;Go Fit.&quot; Found it in the sports/weights section.  On YouTube, just search &quot;foam roller&quot; and you will find tons of helpful videos showing how to use it on different body parts.  I do the hamstring, calf, and ITB stretches.</description>
