Grrr….I hate inertia
So, I’ve been raring to go on this training plan for the half-marathon, but then life has gotten in the way. First, I live in the South and it has been COLD yo! I mean, last week I went out to run one morning when it was only 17 degrees and I thought I might die. This week it has been rainy and I have a sick child that has kept me in.
And if I’m honest, inertia has a lot to do with it. I mean, a body at rest and all. I have to dig deep to get myself cranked back up again. I swear, fitness it so hard to gain and so easy to lose it’s ridiculous! But, once I get going again it won’t be so bad. By the time you hear from me again, I WILL have gotten some runs in…hold me accountable!
