		<description>Hope you survived your first workout back! I completely fall apart when I&#039;m out of my routine. All my discipline goes out the window. (I have an offsite WOD app on my phone that I have looked at many times, but never, ever used.) I&#039;m sure your easy workout at home helped when you got back to the gym -- good for you for doing something!</description>
