		<description>Amen, sister! This really hit home, as I&#039;ve been struggling with some of the more strange (to me) aspects of the Paleo/Primal diet. There are no shortcuts, and once we start trying to game it, we just cheat ourselves. Those before and after pictures of Kirstie Alley and Oprah on CaveGirlEats&#039; site sort of blew my mind. As I enter my second week of a Paleo challenge, thanks for reminding me to focus on what matters: clean, unprocessed food to make me healthy, strong, and full of energy.</description>
