I second Katherine's suggestion. Try to make yourself get out and walk every day. Do it first thing in the morning, so you're done.

During my last months of pregnancy, I had almost zero motivation. The only thing that helped me was forcing myself to take a walk for a set amount of time - I'd walk ten minutes one way and then back. It was a such a small thing, but it made me feel better - and it sort of set in to motion other small changes, and healthier choices.
