		<description>maybe instead of eliminating sugar completly, you should cut back. I try to limit myself to 15-20 grams of sugar per day. That number is for everything I eat....there is a LOT of sugar in several foods! Good luck with your journey.</description>

		<description>That&#039;s awesome! I know people who bike exclusively (but they don&#039;t have children, so that&#039;s easier) and I&#039;m amazed by them. They&#039;re all slim and self-sufficient. Also, they don&#039;t have to pay for gas or for car insurance and they never have to worry about parking. Biking in any amount is a win-win situation.

I can understand the donut situation. Good luck with weaning yourself off sugar! It&#039;s so hard, but you can do it!</description>
